Med Techs For Assisted Living CommunityElan Manatee Assisted Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Med Techs to join our vibrant community. Join us in creating a warm, respectful environment where residents feel valued and cared for.Key Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policiesMonitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staffAssist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobilityMaintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident careEnsure a safe and clean environment for residents and staffCollaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plansSkills and Qualifications:Valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Medication Technician certificationPrior experience in a healthcare or assisted living setting preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamCompassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needsKnowledge of safety protocols and healthcare regulationsElan Mantee Assisted Living values a caring, inclusive culture that promotes growth and professional development.
