Resident Care Staff And Med TechsJoin our dedicated team at Waters Edge of Bradenton, where we are committed to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN Resident Care Staff and Med Techs to support our vibrant community for our 3 to 11 shifts. This will include rotation of weekends. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in residents' lives and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply and become part of our caring team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility supportAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed, following all safety and compliance protocolsMonitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing teamMaintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident progressFoster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their familiesAdhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standardsSkills and QualificationsMinimum of one year of experience as a Med Tech or Care Staff in an assisted living or HHA settingAbility to pass a level two background check and drug screeningCompassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekendsBasic knowledge of medication administration and resident care proceduresAt Waters Edge of Bradenton, we value our team members and offer competitive benefits, including free telehealth services, free meals during shifts, uniforms, and opportunities for growth within our community.
