Care Staff / Medical Technician - All ShiftsGrand Villa of Sarasota is seeking compassionate and dedicated care staff, preferably certified med techs, to join our vibrant community. Whether you are interested in overnight shifts or other hours, we welcome your application as we prioritize overnight staffing but remain open to all shift opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility supportAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and facility policies (for med techs)Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing teamMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residentsDocument care activities accurately and timelyFoster a compassionate and respectful atmosphere, ensuring residents' dignity and well-beingSkills and Qualifications:Certified Medication Technician (preferred) or relevant caregiving experienceCompassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamFlexibility to work all shifts, including overnight hoursBasic knowledge of healthcare practices and safety protocolsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAt Grand Villa of Sarasota, we value our team members and are dedicated to fostering a supportive work environment.
