Med Tech (Part-Time and PRN) – Lake Wales, FloridaOvernight Shifts 10p - 6aJoin our dedicated team at Waters Edge Assisted Living Facility in Lake Wales, Florida, where we are committed to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. We are currently seeking motivated and caring Med Techs to support our nighttime and PRN staffing needs. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while working in a supportive and professional environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication managementAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and facility policiesMonitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to nursing staffDocument care provided accurately and timely in residents' recordsPromote a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for residentsCollaborate with team members to ensure quality care deliverySkills and Qualifications:Valid state certification as a Med Tech or Certified Medication AidePrior experience in assisted living or long-term care preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needsFlexibility to work evening shifts (10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) and PRN hours as neededKnowledge of medication administration and safety protocolsAt Waters Edge, we foster a caring and inclusive culture that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.
