Job description
Serenity View Assisted Living and Memory Care in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Resident Associate (RCA). This role focuses on consistent, compassionate caregiving for a small 16-resident community, following personalized care plans and participating in cognitive and physical activity programming.
You will work evenings, overnights, or weekends with starting pay at $17.50/hr and potential to $20.00/hr at 90 days, plus planned increases.
