Job description
Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) for part-time AM and on-call shifts. The RA delivers direct routine care for tenants, assisting with daily living activities under supervision, and supports the care team to promote independence and well-being in a long-term care setting.
The role emphasizes compassion, safety, and adherence to the Service Plan. Applicants should have healthcare experience; long-term care or assisted living experience is preferred.
