Job description
CDS Monarch is seeking a Residence Manager in Webster, NY, to ensure residents’ needs are met and rights protected. You will supervise Direct Care staff, coordinate health appointments, and oversee medication administration and resident funds.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a human-services field and a NYS driver’s license with reliable vehicle for transport. You’ll manage records, coordinate plans, and supervise staff on-site.
