Job description
Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Resident Care Director (RCD) to lead clinical operations, oversee health, wellness, and care coordination within the community.
You will mentor the nursing staff, perform resident assessments, oversee ISP development, monitor resident conditions with physicians, ensure medication management and infection control, and drive QAPI and regulatory compliance across the organization.
