Job description

Osprey Village is seeking a Resident Care Director (LPN or RN) to establish and implement standards of resident care across assisted living and memory care on a 24-hour basis. You will oversee direct care staff, supervise nursing services, and ensure regulatory compliance in a vibrant senior living community.

You will lead QA audits, staff development, and coordination of care, while maintaining electronic records and collaborating with physicians, residents, and families.
