Job description
Peregrine Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Resident Care Director to lead the Assisted Living and Memory Care team at our Onondaga Hill community near Syracuse, NY.
The role involves staffing 24/7, overseeing a compliant medication system, and coordinating resident care from move-in through discharge while ensuring the highest quality of life for residents. RN/LPN/LVN licensure is required; case management and senior living experience are preferred.
