The Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the clinical leader for the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered services. This role drives clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and team performance while supporting Sunrise’s mission and care standards.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs
Conduct resident assessments and oversee Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners
Oversee medication management and infection control programs
Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable
Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations
Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members
Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget
Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness
Pay Range: 93,808.00 - 129,584.00
