Job description
Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Health Care Director in Roanoke, VA. You will lead health and wellness programs, supervise nursing staff, and ensure compliant, high-quality care for residents in a senior living community.
The role oversees medication management, coordinates with physicians and pharmacists, and maintains survey readiness. Candidates should have active RN or LPN licensure and CPR certification, with 1–2 years of experience (3+ preferred) and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
