Job description
Farmington Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide outstanding patient care during the night shift, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, on a full-time basis.
The LVN will follow standards of practice, physician orders and center policies, document changes, oversee nursing processes, and collaborate with physicians; BLS/CPR required; management experience welcomed.
