We are growing our team and looking for compassionate, dependable Care Partners who have a genuine heart for serving seniors.
As a Care Partner, you’ll play an essential role in the daily lives of our residents. You’ll provide hands-on assistance when needed, offer companionship and encouragement, and work alongside a dedicated senior living team to create an environment where residents can thrive.

What You’ll Do
As a Care Partner, you’ll help residents live each day with comfort, dignity, and as much independence as possible. Responsibilities may include:
Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as needed
Support residents during meals and throughout their daily routines
Provide companionship, conversation, encouragement, and meaningful engagement
Help residents participate in activities and enjoy an active, fulfilling lifestyle
Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate team member
Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
Follow individualized care plans, safety procedures, infection-control practices, and community policies
Respond to resident needs with patience, professionalism, and compassion
Work collaboratively with nurses, leadership, and fellow Care Partners to provide an exceptional resident experience
Treat every resident and family member with dignity, kindness, patience, and respect

Compassion, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Dependability and a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
The ability to provide hands-on assistance while promoting resident independence
Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, senior living, home care, or another healthcare setting is preferred
CNA or caregiving experience is a plus
