Job description
Nursing Home of Douglaston is seeking an experienced FSD to lead the dining services for our residents. You will plan, direct, and monitor food preparation, service, and sanitation to ensure quality and safety.
You will collaborate with nursing staff to tailor meals to residents' needs, manage budgets and inventories, and recruit and train the food service team. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
