Job description
Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Food Service Director to oversee daily food service operations at our skilled nursing facility, ensuring nutritious, appetizing meals in a safe and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include supervising kitchen operations, designing menus for dietary needs, leading dietary staff, managing inventory and costs, and guaranteeing sanitation and safety standards are met. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.
