Job description
Outfield Healthcare Partners seeks an enthusiastic Activity Director to plan and implement engaging programs for residents in a long-term care setting. You will design activities that support social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, educational, and physical needs in alignment with each resident’s care plan.
You will organize monthly calendars, conduct admissions and MDS-related activities, and collaborate with staff, families, and the community to enrich residents’ daily lives.
