Job description

Bozzuto in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate to convert leads into tours, present the community, and drive new leases. You’ll build brand loyalty by delivering a stellar resident experience and creating engaging content.

This role requires strong communication, a sharp appearance, social media savvy, and the ability to work three weekends per month. A real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) is preferred.
