Job description
American Campus Communities is seeking a Resident Experience Manager for the 1200 West Marshall property in Richmond, VA. This senior role oversees leasing, marketing and administrative operations to deliver an outstanding resident experience.
You will recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team, manage budgets in partnership with the Service Manager, and maintain strong university relations. The incumbent represents ACC at events and ensures consistent property standards.
