Job description
Avir Health Group in Kennedale, TX is seeking a qualified Social Services Director to lead resident and family services, support admissions, and coordinate referrals. The ideal candidate is resident-focused, a team builder, and passionate about building a positive facility culture.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in social work, at least two years of geriatrics experience, a valid driver’s license, and licensure. Prior nursing home experience is preferred.
