Resident General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel operations management, with a passion for guest and employee satisfaction
Strong knowledge of hotel sales and the extended-stay sector
Knowledgeable about golf, as it is a big part of the properties' amenities
Willingness to live near the property
Resident General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead hotel operations and ensure high standards of guest service and staff engagement
Manage operating budgets, forecast expenses and revenues, and control costs while achieving profit goals
Respond personally to guest concerns and lead guest satisfaction efforts
Foster a dignified environment as a visible, approachable role model for guests and staff
