Job description
TriStar Health in Nashville seeks a Resident I Grad Nurse for our Critical Care Unit. In this structured residency, you’ll deliver compassionate bedside care to high-acuity patients while developing core critical care skills. Under the guidance of experienced preceptors, you’ll monitor cardiac status, administer medications, and support complex procedures. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, follow evidence-based protocols, and engage in ongoing training designed to build confidence and support your transition from graduate nurse to independent CCU RN.
