Job description
Winston Manor in Chicago, IL is seeking an energetic Activity Director to lead the Activities Department and develop engaging recreational, social, and therapeutic programs that support residents’ interests, independence, and quality of life.
You will plan monthly calendars, organize events, supervise staff, document participation, and collaborate with nursing, social services, and other teams to ensure meaningful, resident-centered activities.
