Resident Medication AideWe are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Resident Medication Aide.Schedule:Full Time: 7am - 3pmFull Time: 11pm – 7amSalary: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience.Shift differential also available for Evenings, Nights and Weekend ShiftsBenefits:Generous PTOPaid Holidays and Floating HolidaysAetna Health Insurance, including medical, dental, and visionChild Care ReimbursementCompassionate PTO Donation Program – to support a team memberFlexible SchedulingEmployer Paid Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramPTO Cash Out ProgramRetirement Plan – 401(k) with company matchResident Medication Aide Responsibilities include:Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rightsAssist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as neededAssist in monitoring the medication programDispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residentsResident Medication Aide Education & Experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Two (2) years of resident care experience and/or training requiredSuccessfully complete all trainings as required by state regulationsCompany Overview:Peregrine Senior Living is known for their innovative leadership in revolutionizing care for the elderly.
