nWe are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our maintenance team and support the overall resident experience within our community.

nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

nnnProvide accurate, valid, and complete information pertaining to all requests from the submittal process through the completion

n

nnPrioritize and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and accurate fashion

n

nnPlace service calls as required or directed by the manager

n

nnMaintain broad knowledge of company processes, procedures, and policies

n

nnTrack and follow up on all outstanding work orders while providing exceptional customer service

n

nnCoordinate maintenance requests for tenants.

n

nnPrioritize schedules of maintenance staff.

n

nnUtilize property management software system to log and track work order requests.

n

nnFollow up with residents to ensure timely response and resolution of related issues.

n

nnscheduling vendors for unit turns

n

nngathering bids from vendors for multifamily management for projects around the community

n

nnwalkthroughs of completed units to verify they are market-ready

n

nnwalkthroughs of moved-out units to determine the work that needs to be completed by unit turn vendors

n

nnany other duties as assigned by management.

n nQualifications:

nnnHigh School Diploma or equivalent education required

n

nnQualified candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role and have a great phone personality

n

nnMust be proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook

n

nnCandidates should also be well organized and enjoy problem-solving

n

nnExperience and/or knowledge in Yardi is preferred but not required.
