Crossroads Assisted Living – Northglenn, CO is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Director (LPN/RN) to lead the clinical team and ensure residents receive exceptional care in a warm, supportive assisted living environment.

You will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, develop care plans, supervise staff, and partner with families, physicians, and outside providers to promote resident wellness and safety.
