Job description
City of Portland seeks a Resident Services Director to oversee 24-hour operations of a Barron Center unit. Reporting to Nursing Services, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care and mentor staff.
You will ensure compliance with regulations, maintain a safe environment, and foster strong relationships with families, while guiding quality improvement and clinical excellence.
