Job description
Gurwin Healthcare System on a 36-acre campus in Commack, NY, seeks a full-time Assistant Director of Resident Services to lead resident care teams and ensure high-quality geriatric services. The role includes supervision of LPN Supervisors and coordination with family and providers.
The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, Sunday-Thursday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with on-call duties, and opportunities to advance within our comprehensive care continuum.
