Job description
Fit Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Support Services Manager for a residential program in Mobile, AL, helping families move toward stable, independent living. You will work directly with residents, coordinating life skills, meals, and essential services.
This role requires 1–2 years in housing, shelter, social services, or nonprofit settings, plus strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. A valid driver’s license is required for van duties.
