Summary

As a Resident Support Specialist in the Real Estate industry, you will play a crucial role in enhancing tenant satisfaction and ensuring smooth property operations. This position is pivotal in maintaining positive tenant relations and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, managing tenant inquiries, and offering administrative support to the property management team. Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Handle inbound calls and route them to the appropriate department or personnel.

Maintain effective tenant relations by ensuring all communications are clear, courteous, and timely.

Assist in property management tasks, including administrative support and documentation.

Utilize professional phone etiquette to manage and resolve tenant issues efficiently.

Conduct follow-up communications to ensure tenant satisfaction and issue resolution.

Support real estate operations by coordinating with various departments to streamline processes.

Prepare and manage written communications with tenants, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Requirements

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field within the real estate industry.

Proficiency in inbound call handling and call routing.

Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

Strong understanding of property management and real estate operations.

Excellent tenant relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Professional phone etiquette and strong administrative support capabilities.

Ability to communicate effectively in writing with a high level of professionalism.
