Job description
Community Housing Innovations (CHI) is seeking per diem Resident Support Specialists to support safety and security across Hyde Park, Poughkeepsie or Newburgh locations. The role involves enforcing policies, documenting activities, and assisting with afterschool or evening programs to ensure a safe living environment.
Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication skills in English, and a willingness to engage with residents
