Residential Support Staff- Direct Care - Part TimeSchedule:Sunday - 6am - 6pmMon - Tues 4pm-10pmLocation: Mill Spring, NCBenefits:Retirement Plan with company matchFree Meals on shiftPay: Starting at $19.00 per hourResponsibilities:Helps lead recreational, social, and cultural activitiesEncourages participation and can facilitate other activities as needed for residents who aren't participating in the planned activitiesSupport residents in their recovery plans and goalsFill in for our Lodge Advisors as neededProvides support in crisis managementCompleting documentationAssists with procedures such as urine drug screens, breathalyzer, and medication administrationTransports and accompanies residents on community-based trips, outings, recreational, social, and cultural activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience working with adults with mental health challengesAt least 21 years of age, current driver's license, and acceptable driving record to be covered by company insuranceCooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
