4-K Housing is seeking a Director of Resident Care at Stoney Brook of Copperas Cove to lead resident wellness and the medication program across assisted living and memory care settings. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality care, safety, and compliance while guiding staff and coordinating with families and external providers.

The ideal candidate holds an active Texas RN or LVN license, CPR certification, and demonstrated leadership experience in senior living management.
