Job description
Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to support daily residential operations and help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive in their communities. This role provides hands-on leadership experience and opportunities to develop skills for future operations management.
You will work with the Residence Director and multidisciplinary teams to ensure person-centered support, promoting independence, community involvement, and personal growth for residents.
