Job description
Verland is seeking a Residential Manager to lead our CLA residential sites. You will supervise direct care staff, train new hires, and ensure adherence to care programs and safety guidelines across all shifts.
Role requires on-call availability (24/7) and a strong background in human services. A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s in Education preferred. This is a salaried, exempt full‑time position based in PA.
