Job description
The Arc of San Diego is seeking a Residential Specialist to provide direct care to individuals with disabilities in a home setting at our Chula Vista location. You will use a person-centered approach to promote independence and daily living skills.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, six months of relevant experience, a valid California driver's license, and a passion for making a difference. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; we offer competitive pay, benefits, and training.
