Job description
The Arc of San Diego is seeking a Residential Specialist to provide direct care in a home setting for individuals with disabilities. You will empower clients to engage in daily life, make choices, and build independence while building your own skills.
Schedule is Thursday–Saturday, 2PM–10PM in Santee, with DailyPay access and growth opportunities. A compassionate, problem-solving team member is encouraged to apply.
