Job description
The Posting Board, Inc. is seeking a compassionate residential care worker to support residents with daily treatment tasks, routines, and activities of daily living. You will help with supervision, medication observation, and maintaining a calm, rehabilitative environment.
Key duties include safeguarding residents, conducting safety counts, transporting clients in a 15-passenger van, and keeping accurate electronic health records and daily logs to ensure quality care throughout shifts.
