Job description
Sunrise Community, Inc. seeks dedicated Direct Support professionals to provide supervision and daily living assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community setting.
You will help implement individualized plans, monitor safety, document care, and support activities that promote independence. Training and mentorship are provided, with emphasis on respectful, person-centered care and compliance with all regulatory standards.
