Job description
Sierra Health and Wellness in California is hiring a Residential Care Technician (RCT/CNA/Med Tech) to provide high-quality patient care in our inpatient facility serving 16 clients. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, observe behavior, and support treatment programming under clinical supervision.
The role requires CPR/First Aid and Med-tech or CNA certification within 30 days of hire, plus a high school diploma.
