Job description
Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Residential Technician to support adults in a group home setting. In this on-site role, you’ll provide direct care, supervision, and skill-building support using trauma-informed, person-centered practices. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, monitoring medications per program guidelines, promoting safety, and accurately documenting services and incidents. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help residents achieve greater independence while working in a faith-inspired, inclusive, and mission-driven environment with training and growth opportunities.
