Job description
The Michaels Organization is seeking a Community Manager to oversee on-site property operations, leasing, and staff. You will lead leasing campaigns, manage budgets, and maintain resident relations to ensure a well-maintained community.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, hiring and training, scheduling, safety training, and coordinating with contractors. A strong accounting background and two years of college are preferred.
