Overnight Concierge Security OfficerMFort Security Services is a trusted provider of contract security services based in Chicago, Illinois. Our leadership team brings deep industry knowledge and is dedicated to exceeding expectations in every client engagement.We are seeking a professional and reliable Overnight Concierge Security Officer to join our team. This position is temporary for approximately three months and is responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment at a residential property. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a calm and courteous demeanor, and previous experience in a concierge or front-desk role.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerEnforce access control procedures and monitor visitor management systemsObserve, report, and document incidents, safety hazards, or suspicious activityConduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a secure and orderly environmentMaintain situational awareness and respond promptly to emergencies or concernsAdhere to all company policies, post orders, and client proceduresHandle packages delivered to the site and place in mail room accordinglyCommunicate effectively with property management, clients, team members, and contractorsResponsibly use company and client-provided equipment for security and monitoring tasksPerform additional duties as required by site management or MFort supervisorsQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED requiredMust have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain)Minimum 1 year of residential concierge or front desk security experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and remain composed under pressureCapable of standing and walking for extended periodsAble to work independently and overnightsMust pass a drug screening and background checkSchedule: Thursday - Monday 11PM-7AM - Temp Role estimated 3 monthsWill start Mid OctoberPay Rate: $22.35/HRIf you're looking to grow with a company that values professionalism and teamwork, apply now to join MFort Security Services.
