Job description
Mental Health Association of Nassau County is seeking a dedicated Residential Counselor to support adults with mental illness living in MHANC residences. You will promote independence through daily living skills, personal care, and community integration.
Responsibilities include coordinating care with treatment teams, implementing activities of daily living, documenting progress in client charts, and assisting with safety procedures and crisis management.
