Job description
Cornell University’s Dining program in Ithaca seeks a General Manager of Residential Operations to provide leadership across personnel, facilities, menu development, budgets, and financial stewardship for a large, multi-location dining operation.
You will collaborate with senior dining management to promote exceptional guest service, uphold culinary standards and health codes, and foster a culture of inclusion and belonging while training staff.
