Job description
Bay Community Support Services, Inc. seeks a dedicated Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Waldorf, MD. The role provides support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, with shifts Tue–Thu 2pm–10pm and Sun 8am–2pm.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Candidates should be compassionate, patient, and able to work independently while following care plans and reporting
