Join us as we pave the way for success in the Electrical industry.Pay Range: 65,000 80,000/yrPTO: Enjoy time off after just 90 days401K Match: Plan for your future with a 4% matchBirthday Pay: Celebrate your special day with extra perksComprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coveragePaid Holidays: Spend quality time with loved onesCompany Vehicle: Take home a vehicle for your convenienceTech Gear: Get equipped with a cell phone and tabletGas Card: We've got your travel expenses coveredKey Responsibilities:Lead and inspire your team through effective training, coaching, and mentoring in the service and sales processCoach and develop technician technical & mechanical knowledge.Collaborate closely with the leadership team to set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.Act as a client interface and adept problem solver, fostering positive client relationships.Develop and manage business operations to enhance sales, profitability, market share, and overall satisfaction.Take charge of sales revenue, forecasting, and meeting targeted quota objectives.Manage dispatching board for the electrical departmentRequirements:A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role is required.A Minimum of 5 years of Electrical service, sales and installation experience is requiredElectrical Industry knowledge is requiredKnowledge of the NEC CodeProven experience in sales, activity planning, or similar position.Demonstrated ability to deliver sales presentations and direct and motivate teams.Knowledge of performance evaluation and sales metrics.Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to consistently deliver high energy and positivity.
