Job description
Lifespan Incorporated is hiring Residential Enrichment Specialists to support people with disabilities in group homes and the community in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role involves assisting residents with daily activities and promoting independence.
No prior behavioral health experience is required; training is provided to help you succeed. A 7-on/7-off schedule includes 2:00 PM–11:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM–9:00 PM on weekends in a 2nd shift.
