Job description
LIFESPAN is hiring Residential Enrichment Specialists to support people with disabilities in group homes and community settings in Charlotte, NC. This full-time role offers a 2nd shift with a schedule of 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and provides paid training and benefits for full-time staff.
We train you to teach skills, promote independence, and help residents participate in daily life, leisure activities, and community involvement, while ensuring health and safety documentation is maintained.
