Job description
Residential Field ManagerThe Residential Field Manager (RFM) oversees residential siding and exterior cladding installation projects across assigned communities. This role is responsible for pre-construction planning, subcontractor management, daily field operations, quality assurance, builder communication, safety compliance, punch list resolution, and project completion. The RFM ensures all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications, company standards, and OSHA regulations.
